We are located on the Karuah River, which has tidal mangroves along the sides. We aren’t registered as a flood plain and we have never flooded here.
We are a residential owner-occupied over 50's village, we don't offer rentals sorry.

A land lease community works on the Land Lease model where you buy your own home and lease the land on which it sits via a weekly fee. To safeguard residents the land leases are typically for extremely long periods and in some cases are perpetual.
